This application and the services provided in connection with the "Service" are made and provided to you by MyDrakor and other users or accounts, doing business as MyDrakor ("MyDrakor", "We", or "Us"), subject to these terms and conditions. Content Submission
We may provide a means for you to submit information, data, text, software, sound, photographs, images, videos, messages, tags, or other materials ("Content") to the MyDrakor Services. You are responsible for any content you submit and the consequences of that submission. MyDrakor may, in its discretion but without any obligation to search for it, remove content that is suspected of violating some of its terms. In addition, MyDrakor may require additional evidence of compliance with these terms from the user submitting content that is allegedly in violation of this Agreement. MyDrakor will, in its discretion, terminate the accounts of, and refuse service to, any user who repeatedly or willfully violates this Agreement.
Content Usage
You understand that all content available in connection with the service is the responsibility of the person or persons who own such content. MyDrakor does not control or regulate the content available in connection with the service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content. You understand that by using the service, you may encounter content that is offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable to you. MyDrakor shall not be liable to you or any third party in any way for any content whatsoever, including but not limited to offensive content, errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage whatsoever incurred as a result of using the content available on the Service. You acknowledge and agree that the service provided to you is an online viewing service, or "download video for viewing only." You agree not to keep copies of the content provided by the service after watching it, even if your device is capable of storing such content on internet memory or removable memory. You will acknowledge that MyDrakor may or may not preview or monitor content, but MyDrakor and its designers have the right (not the obligation) in their sole discretion to preview, monitor, refuse, disable access to, or remove any content available through the service.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create subsequent works, engineer, transfer or sell for commercial purposes any part of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service. - Any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, hurtful, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, invasive of another's privacy, hateful or racist, ethnic, or otherwise objectionable or violates the rights of others;
- Any Content that you do not have the right to distribute under any law (including intellectual property law) or contractual or fiduciary relationship;
- Any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes", or any other form of unsolicited
- Any material containing viruses or other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications device.
You also agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or any server or network connected to the Service in any way, or fail to comply with any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of the network to which the Service is connected
- Use the Service to intentionally violate any applicable local, national or international laws
- Use the Service to harm minors.
- Impersonate any person or entity or state or identify yourself with any person or entity.
- By any means other than through the interface provided by MyDrakor for use in accessing the Service. Such as through automated means (including the use of scripts, web crawlers, robots, spiders, or scrapers) or by forging and manipulating identifiers to disguise the origin of access to the Services. You agree to comply with all domestic regulations regarding online conduct and acceptable Content.
